  1. Any one can be a Account holder who’s age group is 14 +.
  2. Once the investment tenure is finished then only account holder can withdraw their invested Principle Amount.
  3. The investment Amount block’s will be fixed by the company and at any cause the company has reserved rights to do changes in the investment blocks.
  4. Account user can upload others bank accountdetails during registration and investment (in case they don’t have their own account), In that case company is not responsible for that.
  5. The company will transfer the withdrawal payment to that registered bank account only.
  6. The company will give interest for investedamount only,not for the cumulative or earnings payment.
  7. The company reserves all rights to make changes in the interest of investment Amounts.
  8. Prati’s main role is to give more return’s on your hard earn money. And also assures safe and secure investments of your money.
  9. The platform fee is 365₹ for 365 days. It cost’s 1 rupee per day which anyone can afford it. The Company reserve the rights to make changes in the platform fee.
  10. The Account holder can raise withdrawal request at anytime. After raising request, with in 24 hrs withdrawal amount will be reflecting in the registered bank account.
  11. One mobile number is used to open only one account.
  12. Account holder's Data is encrypted and secured. And it is not shared to any third party or not used for any campaign/marketing activities.
  13. The Account holder can make earnings by the options given by the Company.
  14. Who ever want’s to hold an Account in Prati, can only download the app by using invitation link.
  15. In any case if the Account holder is not renewed the Account after 365 days, the account will be indeactivated stage. They can renew it at any time but activation date will be counted as initial date only.
  16. Interest will be paid in the Wallet for the invested Amountof the Account holder by the company in every month, after that you can raise request for withdrawal.
  17. New Account holder can access account after registrationbut can not use it for sending invitation and doing any investment without platform fee because account will be in inactive state.
  18. The interest will be paid on monthly basis to the wallet on their fixed date(first time investment date).
  19. The Account holder should withdraw the payment with in 30 days after investment tenure completed.
  20. If amount is not withdrawn within 30 days after investment tenure completion, that payment will be reversed in to company's Account.
  21. The Account holders ,KYC verification is not mandatory to do at the time of registration, he/she can upload it at anytime.Eg( PAN/Aadhar/Passport etc)
  22. The above terms and Conditions at any cause the company reserve the rights to modify it.
